  • What can I expect in my first session?

    You’ll be welcomed into a safe, private space where we’ll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and how therapy can support you. We’ll move at your pace.

  • How long are sessions and how often?

    Typical sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly at first, then adjusted based on your goals.

  • Do you offer telehealth?

    Yes — telehealth is available to adults in Washington.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I am currently in-network with:

    Premera, Aetna and First Choice/Kaiser (PPO)

  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes — your privacy is protected by law and by a strong commitment to your confidentiality.

    All information given by a client in an individual session with a counselor is confidential and cannot be revealed to any person or agency without a client’s written release. There are situations where counselors are required by law to reveal information to others without the client’s permission.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    I have a 24 hr cancelation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so 24-hours before your next session. Otherwise, I charge our full fee for late cancelations and no-shows.
